Burger Bowls

This is a favorite meal of mine right now. It is yummy and follows the Whole 30 rules! And even better?? It is quick and easy! Ladies and gents, I introduce to you the Burger Bowl...


Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Beef 
salt and pepper
2 tomatoes, chopped
Romain Lettuce
Avacado
Mustard or Frank's Hot Sauce (Whole 30 acceptable) 

Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet, season with salt and pepper, or other spices you like. While meat is cooking, cut up avocado, tomatoes and lettuce. When meat is done, drain excess grease. Now it is time to make your bowl! Lettuce, meat, tomatoes then avocado. Add your sauce and enjoy!


Robert and I have really enjoyed this meal, especially when we need something quick.

Easy, simple, healthy and delicious. Great for a week night meal!

  5. I have taco meat cooking in my crock pot and will be going home to create one of these puppies tonight for supper! I just need to grab a tomato and an avocado at the store and I'm set! Yum.

  6. I can't believe I've never thought of doing something like that! There are so many times I want a burger, but don't really want splurge on a bun (because then I have dessert ;))!

  7. Oh this is on my lunch rotation weekly! So super easy and yummy. Although mine includes cheese, because it just isn't a meal without cheese in my book, ha.
